There are plenty of tickers out there in penny land if flipping it your thing. This is not one of them.
Would the sentiment be different if the PPS was at, say, $1, and these same statements in the Q were made? In other words, someone is always going to complain about PPS, because everyone wants their money now.
And who wouldn't? Only a fool, that's who. But here we have an opportunity to invest in something that is growing, not just a one time opportunity to make money, but something longer term.
Now, if you don't believe the filings, then it would be wise to cut your losses and sell. Or, if you believe this entire thing to be one big scam, then sell and move on.
Neither of the above scenarios seems plausible to me, personally, so I will remain here.
Others may feel differently, but I've been trading pennies for a while and most, if not all of the companies I have 'invested' in over the years are now gone, in one way or another.
DECN is trying very hard NOT to be one of those companies.
I find that refreshing in the penny world, if not completely unique.
