When I say scam I am referring to the stock itself

So in a sense it is the manipulators that turn it into a scam because it really never stands a chance.
I see companies with products on the market, sales etc. and the stock still gets beat into oblivion and for the others starting out such as Bill with dilution, issuing more shares only accelerates the process of the crash, again not so much the owners / operators but those participating like the manipulators and the loan sharks, they beat it down to where it is worthless to the shareholders, owners, in other words it is never at the point of being beneficial after the initial offering.
I understand try, try & try again until you get it right but in the mean time people are losing their ass and in most cases never recover due to bankruptcies and dilution, there really is no limit to the damage that manipulators and loan sharks can impose on a stock.
