The main reason you see the posting on the penny and sub penny stocks is that manipulation is relatively cheap, and unscrupulous (criminal) people take advantage of that.

I hear the word scam thrown around a lot, for the few pink sheet stocks I own, and I know for a fact that none of them are actually scams (TPAC included).

Entrepreneurs like our CEO will acquire a shell, because open markets are a relatively easy way to raise capital. I'll speak specifically in this case, Bill has been working for years without a lot of success, but he hasn't been scamming anyone. Just trying his best, and failing more often than succeeding (so far). That's the way it with success, you can fail many times before you get there.

There are many scams in the OTC, so it's important to make sure you really understand the character and motivation of the people running the company. Bill wants to build something and make money off of it, He and the board have put more of their own blood, sweat and tears (plus cash) into TPAC than any of us have.

In my opinion, he has downplayed just how devastating his illness was, and the impact it has had, but he is well now, and I expect us to see results because of this.

TPAC is high risk. In fact if you read some of the initial filings you will see the board call out the risk. Bill is a special guy in a special niche, and without him TPAC goes poof. With him I think a good chance for nice returns.

Would love to see more honest dialog like this on this board. I see your point, about there being a lot of posts on hear that feel like pumping. I don't like that either.

Whatever you decide to do, best of luck to you.
