Are you using today's share price to base a buyout on. A buyout is in the future not Monday. Get real. The CEO has stated in the past that a fair market valuation for the co. is 8 Billion. You do the math. There is unlimited potential for this co. Lets see how the rest of this year plays out. I am sure you will revise your thinking.
