This! With this said though it has been discussed how this board is a positive place to vent. People have a right to be frustrated and venting helps keep people distracted from what is happening short term so they can focus on the long term. We all know this play is more long term, but we should still allow folks to speak their mind. That is of course without letting this turn into the other board.
