My 2 cents regarding the company, bashers, and silence.
The company in the past has tried to call the bluff of the bashers and provide updates to the shareholders and the market.

UTOP posted comments pertaining to and then got the yield sign removed.
UTOP released information:
"Utopya Announces the Revitalization of Two of its Subsidiaries"
"Andiamo Corporation With Its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Utopya Innovations In Talks With Possible Telecommunications Industry Acquisition"
"Andiamo Corp. (OTCPK: ANDI) Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Telecom Holding Company"
"Andiamo Corp. (OTCPK: ANDI) and its Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Utopya Innovations Inc. Announce Technology Trailblazer Ilja Laurs as Advisor"
Then they released the video of the first phone (most likely premature release due to pressure)
"Utopya Innovations Inc., through Andiamo Corp. (OTCPK: ANDI), Unveils its First Smartphone Device"
Every time they have released anything the pps has dropped even if it bumped up a bit at first. Then the company got bashed even more...
The company does not care about the daily pps and has a long term (now hopefully shorter term goal as time has gone on)
I personally would rather they stay in silent mode to reduce any orchestrated attacks on the ticker that has happened time and time again.
As much as I would like the bashers to burn and be updated on progress I would prefer the company concentrate on moving forward and close in on their goal (and beyond) then trying to ward off the scum that attack real companies with great potential. From the dirt that has been dug up on bashers, nothing changes even when legal action is taken anyways.
I also feel that if the company was a "scam" then they would actually care more about the bashing and since it seems that they do not care that the company is bashed and individuals associated with the company are slandered that they DO have an obtainable goal with a competitive product that could very well outstride everyone's expectations and that will be their F**K U! to them and KMO! for us.
UTOP has simply stated that they are "still working hard as ever" and I choose to believe this and trust that they are.
Do we really want to know when the name change will take place?
Won't this help the bashers, flippers, shorters?
Why not catch them with their pants down?
Am I happy that I am down 58%, HELL NO!
Do I want more shares, HELL YES!
Will I buy more, I have't brought myself to click the buy button as I am looking to vest more in another play and torn as to where to vest my funds that are ready.
I hope for my own sake and the rest of the invested "believers" that the company is for real (there always has to be some doubt) and that the phones sell. But if they/we make a good product offered at a decent price in a demanding market then this can only fly high. Hopefully like the little blue rocket ship... We also have the software aspect. Maybe we don't even make a great profit on the sale of a low cost phone, just get the phone into the consumers hand, once there, sell many small priced apps/gadgets...etc that should cost almost nothing to produce.
