Highly doubt it right now. If they we're going to do it, they would've done it at the sub-penny levels as the vast majority penny stock scams do because they follow the same consistent pattern/process when they do this.
I too was very cautious months back, but more confident in this situation than before and yes, I'm always extremely cautious as any person should be with their investment/trade position in a stock.
Fortunately, RMHB is an outlier and they're actually doing what they stated in all their press releases and SEC filings within the new management.
At the moment, and providing the financials are suitable, a reverse split would probably happened later down the road for an up list opportunity, but not at this very moment.
All in my opinion.
