That would be an incrediblely stupid action that you can't recover from and an admission that mgt can't build the company but must rely on phony
gimmicks that nearly always fails. Such a fraud on longtime investors. A pox on their house and an investor lawsuit should be filed. Welch would be an appropriate name if it happens. No Mexico deal? No major water distributors, No sales or good financials news . Just a fraudulent gimmick!
