I disagree. That 1M share offer through NITE and the 2.1M through Etrade & CDEL are flippers stacking the ask so people sell into the .006 or lower bids so they can flip before the end of the week for 10%+.
Company needs to provide a substantive update and then keep the pressure up with a series of substantive PRs to keep the pressure up.
