$PSGR Approximately 150K shares of PSGR common stock were sold in April. One has to wonder how Pershing Resources will fund the development of the New Enterprise Mine IF sales continue to mirror the April daily average.
So.....who is the Money-Person who will plop down several MILLION dollars to finance the mine start-up? Think about it! At the current share price of $0.03, the 150+ MILLION remaining common shares would provide enough money to fund a SMALL mining operation for several months, at most.
The results of the alleged exploration (survey, etc.) MAY be the Ace-in-the-Hole for Pershing Resources. IF the assays, etc. are TRULY encouraging, then MAYBE a company such as Blackridge Investment will provide a Million Dollars to buy into the operation. A whole lotta secrecy surrounds the results of the alleged activities at the mine site. April 30th has come and gone. What has /has NOT been found at the New Enterprise Mine?
Investors can only speculate that something of value has been located at the mine site. Of course, those of us who have been around for a loooooooong time are aware of previous 'encouraging' precious metal findings at other Pershing Resources' locations. IF the previous 'precious metal findings' are any indicator of what has been located at the New Enterprise Mine, $0.03/share MIGHT be OVER-valued. Will History repeat itself?
