If certain things are as people have stated, I'd guess 5/13 - 5/14. If our name change was 3/5... 10 days required from date of name change as required by FINRA. If that's business days, that takes us to 3/19 that they had until being filed. That is AFTER the CLEC Holdings LOI, which would require 60 days from corporate action.
