Article about a company that had problems with the FDA not wanting to approve their stuff, but they were also fighting a big company in a patent dispute.
So, the big company bought them for 216 million. Their market cap had been 70 million. How absurd is this -- IPIX with its 3 drugs in successful clinical trials for at least 5 different applications, market cap 60 million, company with problematic drug, 70 million and gets bought for 216 million.
