Max has to get paid.  All the principles and management needs to get paid.  Any outstanding loans I believe the interest often gets paid in shares.  Every time the PPS goes down the more shares it costs to pay the same amount.  I'm not concerned about the 1.3 B shares it's the next time they will need to do this if they don't start producing oil.  The more shares there are the more that will need to be produced to get the returns we were hoping for.  Still patiently waiting.  Need one of those catalysts before I start buying more.  Seen this all to many times before.  Good luck to those buying at these levels.  I don't have the cojones to buy down here.
