It's not the amount of increased AS; it goes back

It's not the amount of increased AS; it goes back to credibility and how the market perceives it going forward.  If I were a penny stock CEO and I continued to increase my AS then I would make damn sure the market knew why instead of burying it in 10Q's with vaque descriptions.  For instance many shares went to consultants but who were those consultants and what was their purpose in increasing shareholder value.   They increased the AS from 750mm shares to 950mm and now to 1.3B  Again; what did shareholders gain with the increase from 750mm to 950mm? and what will the newly increased 300mm do for shareholders? I think we were in the .05's around the time of the last increase.  What did the capitol  from those 200mm shares produce and why haven't shareholders realized any share value from that AS increase? The PPS has decreased 5X so what can we expect from this increased AS and hence the market credibility.  I'm asking rhetorical questions and not bashing.  I really want to know what is going on and what the company is doing with the extra 500mm shares since last June and the capitol it will produce for services and/or equipment.   Look at the timeline between the last increase in AS and the PPS at that time vs the PPS now.
