I'm really not certain what applies, but I know companies file with the SEC for confidential treatment, but while they don't announce anything about who's involved, they do indicate they've filed for confidential treatment. I'm not aware of OWCP making such a filing. I still don't know that CT applies to money, or if it's only something else that would normally be announced that can be treated confidentially. I don't know of OWCP filing a CT order which needs to be made public.

I believe that they would receive substantially more money if they waited for certain key events to occur before a partnership was consummated, but perhaps a partnership might be completed subject to the completion of something like our safety trial. Getting patents approved would be a big move as well, but no one can say when that will happen. I believe that the high calibre staff that we have make partnerships more possible, but I don't believe that secret partnerships occur in order to attract top people.
