No mention is made about the "alternatives" to the Form D that must be filed within 15 working days of the funding. IMO whoever is funding us, assuming someone is, would wait until the IRB safety test shows positively that our product(s) are safe and allowed to be sold or prescribed. It only makes sense. I agree that the addition of Dr. Zeevi adds a dimension of legitimacy to the argument about us being funded but it's a lot longer than that 15 day requirement for the announcement.
