The main thing here is the scope of the amount of Jinbo that will eventually find it's way into the holding company. Jinbo is immense there's 22 separate companies involved.
Some people bet the farm on this play, which is never wise in my opinion, and I did not invest money I can't afford to lose.
What I do know is both ZJMY and Jinbo are VERY real, and even if you just added up the registered capital of all of the involved companies involved it's in the hundreds of millions of dollars range. Then there is the shake tree deal which was a 10B investment by foxconn.
So, for the sake of argument, let's assume that Jinbo Group's valuation came in at 100M, with our current share structure that puts this over $10 by itself.
If you have a $5 cost average you have still doubled your investment. Mine is somewhere in the $3.10 range, so 3x for me at that price point. Not life changing, but considering I have a fair amount invested it's nothing to sneeze at either. In my personal opinion it's closer to a 1B market cap in a conservative view...
But, that all depends on how much of Jinbo comes in. Wang has said beyond Ma many times... ZJMY by itself isn't enough to get him there at present, so logic suggests if he wants to go there he has to bring the rest in with it.
Realistically speaking, if you treat this like a drawer stock, and let the story reach a conclusion, you can own a piece of the monster. At some point they will be reporting. It's just a matter of how long you can afford to sit on it.
Fwiw.
