What I hate most about these boards is that people call people idiots, A-holes, swear, and pretty much talk smack, but few post usable or traceable DD, so people can do their own DD on what is presented. I wish people would look at what has already been presented as DD and do their own research and find out about this company.
Right now, it is just a symbol, because the company has decided it isn't ready to release what is needed to get this holding company moving on it's road to NASDAQ. IMHO, they are still trying to equip themselves with what they need to apply with the SEC, to meet the requirements to uplist and to report correctly so they can list on NASDAQ, and stay current and file on time. This company has chosen to remain quite until they are ready to release all of their major information. That alone tells me that this company is real. Any scam company would behave totally different than this one.
When they iron out everything, I am sure they will start doing what they need to do to reach NASDAQ, remain current and stay transparent as required by such a listing.
This was an R&D company in 2015, part of ZJMY was merged into DOLV, in the early part of 2017, but the major portion of ZJMY was held in another private company until FINRA approved the name change to JBZY. That portion was not merged into JBZY until November, 2017, which is what will be revealed on the Annual Consolidated Financial Report.
If you don't believe in this company, please sell and move on, or do what you need to do to stay sane. Complaining or belittling others doesn't help your mental state. If you believe in this company, try to stay positive. There are people here that play the shorting game to try to make some money and those are the forces at work right now because of the lack of news and the low volume. Based upon the large sales that have appeared the last few days, IMHO, there are a few longs that have decided to bale. I say this because the float is very tight and large sales don't usually happen when the float is tight. Some will say that that is dilution, but I don't buy that because there are people buying any shares that people wish to sell. That tells me that people believe in their DD and large bids are not usually placed by newbies.
Sorry, but you will have to be patient, like the rest of us, until the financials come out and the rest of the story is revealed. Yeah, you might say "they will never come out", but if you look back over the last few filings of this company, you will see that they have all been late. Seeing that this might hold more than was revealed in the prior financial reports, IMHO, this may take a little more time than the previous financials.
You can take what I have said any way you want, since I am a major long.
