The 10k is of marginal importance. Think about it, what would you expect the Forward Looking Statements to be..........and financials............the company has no revenues and we new it did not, so what would you expect to see. The stock option footnote and non-cash compensation might bother some but many of us know your not going to get the best people to commit their time and reputation without some reward. When is the last time you worked for nothing?
OWCP files with the SEC, unlike many OTC companies, and thereby exposes themselves to second guessing and criticism that non-compliant companies may escape.
This is going to be a rough ride for us shareholders but we have so much more than those investors that sit on a pile of PR. Best to keep your chin up and accept that our fate is in the hands of competent others.......you must have trusted them at least once.......what have they done to materially change the likelihood of a big win for all of us. I like our chances for success.
