Expressing your opinions and voicing your concerns is extremely important, but persistently doing so in a negative way can harm both your reputation and credibility. Doing so publicly may also be counter-productive and foolish, especially if the comment is purely speculative. Here is an example of one of Gary’s earlier statements: “No investor would consider even purchasing discounted warrants if they knew that the company planned on raising the shares outstanding into the tens of billions or more.” Do you not see how irresponsible it is to make such a statement? Is there a credible source that such BS can be attributed to? NO THERE IS NOT!
Gary has gone on and on about transparency and the need for a question and answer opportunity perhaps by means of a webinar. And he never fails to make reference to other companies that do just that. Good for them, maybe someday OWCP will do the same. But maybe not! Accept the fact that Dr. Hirsch has made it very clear that the days of Ziv Turner’s buffoonery, Alon Sinai’s penchant for reminding us that the biotech business is not a “toy manufacturing assembly line in China”, are over! The company has essentially made it very clear that they will not be putting out fluff pr just for the sake of doing so. When there is something that needs to be reported they will do so.
I agree that both Gary and Pussim come from a good place and they have both made a great contribution to this board. I thank both of them for that. But nerves are frayed. I gather that many posters here also post on LieHub. I have no idea why they choose to do so, especially if it’s in a way that fuels the bashers. Pussim said once that he does so to counterbalance the board with the truth and factual information. I’m blessed that my XP Operating System no longer allows me to even visit the site…for technical security reasons “investorshub.advfn.com uses an unsupported protocol” that I don’t understand or care to. Try to stay away, I highly recommend it, it’s good for your health.
If there is anything in the 10K that you think is a contradiction of what was previously and officially reported and that you have verified, then by all means let the company know. I’ve had no problems getting my emails acknowledged in the past.
