I personally have never represented anything as fact. I may assert a strong likelihood based on my own analysis of the information.
In fact, we technically can't trust that the information we are getting in the financials paints a complete picture either because until the company uplists and becomes SEC reporting, they can hide behind the emerging growth company reporting standards and don't really have to tell us everything.
At this point, until that happens I'll take the fins that are filed with OTC with a grain of salt. I trust what is being filed with the Chinese government more than what is getting filed with a non regulator.
At the end of the day, you either believe what you see or you don't. The market doesn't react to Chinese filings, they react to the ones here.
Wang has himself said he is taking this to NASDAQ. If he is going to do that, he will eventually HAVE to do things that benefit us as shareholders.
