If you've realized some capital losses, they can be used to offset your capital gains. Ideally you invest only in companies that grow over time and you realize only capital gains 
Lots of people did very well trading $BCAP last year. I believe that $0.0002 won't be seen except for traders painting the tape down to try and drum up share sales.
