If you look at L-2 there have been lots of changes. For one thing the big bid at $0.0001 is gone (I suspect someone took a large loss waiting on that.)
Also note that $BCAP is trading like a low float stock these days (only a few million shares, not the hunreds of millions that were seen in prior months).
Finally note that $BCAP hasn't taken any convertible loans for 14 months. That's now history, and coupled with the share structure freeze. There are no fresh shares that can come from any source.
