This is not the same MedMar. The subject came up last year.
The LLC was formed with Sinai and Baruch being part of the LLC.
Sinai and Baruch put up the $300,000 for the loan.
MedMar could not get approval to process in MD or PA so the LLC decided to disband
The loan was repaid, no harm, no foul.
OWCP will find a more suitable partner for US distribution
Once Israel allows Exports of MMJ products and Trumps recent deal to leave states alone, getting products to certain states may be much easier. Could the creme now be produced by Amelia in Israel and shipped to mmj legal states?
This would surely solve the problem of manufacturing in each individual state and all we need would be partners to distribute. Remember the only hold up with Israel exporting to the US was worry it would piss off Trump. With the recent news I would say it's a green light to start shipping.
