Yes it's a Huuuuge proposal and why I stated it would be 'overwhelming' in a number of ways (time, effort, funds, persuasion, etc.) but getting the idea out in the 'regular' press in targeted print news articles and broadcast radio/tv interviews/programs and an attention-grabbing letter or packet about the Cogosense apps mailed out to the 'right' person/official within a town/city/municipality might go a long way.. it would be a massive public awareness campaign for municipal officials, especially ones who deal with the 'safety' issue and getting to those agencies of large municipalities. Follow-up of course would be essential via email, phone call, second letter... massive sales effort .

Salespeople currently knocking on auto dealer doors could/would be calling on the appropriate municipal officials ...a publicity/marketing company could be hired to do this... I know On4 is not at that level at this time but that's the idea.
