As far as the accounts payable, other then the Greentree suit, they are unsecured debts. They probably haven't received any payment in 2 years, so most of these creditors have probably already written this debt off or maybe even sold some of it by now. As much as Amarantus has been at a disadvantage for the past 2 years to borrow money, they have all the leverage in the world in negotiating with these creditors. If Gerald walked way, they would get nothing. So I would guess they could be settled for as little as 10 cents on the dollar in cash. If they give them stock- who knows. But either way, they will be ale to settle these for FAR, FAR less than what is owed.
