I don't propose they do it at all, but I am certainly pre-empting an eye-gouging number of posts saying things like, "how can Elto only be at X. A third party independent valuation firm said conservatively it's worth at least Y"
No one serious is going to look at the IPO price and say, well that sounds about right because look at this report they paid for someone to compile.
I am guardedly hopeful that the company would not have come out and said the outstanding share count if whatever dilution was occurring was not at or near completion.
150/250 is a nice place to stop things going forward and is just a little more than we were talking about in the fall with the known shares needing to be issued.
