The March Press Release by Pershing Resources SUGGESTED that many of the PRELIMINARY investigative activities have been completed. Investors MAY presume that several companies were directly involved with the field work BUT there does not appear to be confirmation that any company OTHER THAN the Canadian geological company that replaced the prior Canadian geological company is involved. What's with hiring companies from Canada? The TRAVEL COST from the Vancouver area to Arizona has to be huge....not even considering the cost for equipment transport/transfer, hotels, meals and vehicle rentals. One can point to the mining activities in Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Colorado and safely ASSUME that there are MANY QUALIFIED companies with equal or greater expertise that are closer. An investor may also hold a mental picture of the CORPORATE MEETING that will occur to discuss the results of the field work and the direction that Pershing Resources will pursue. MY current mental image is of the BIG SIX sitting at their respective offices talking on the phone to each other....while being miles and miles apart. Stephen Plumb as CEO should have the most clout with the final decision. Joel Adams III, along with Stephen Savran, MD, David Jordan, James Barton, Esq, and, OF COURSE, Neil Novak will all have their say,,,,,,WAIT!!!!!!!......NEIL NOVAK?????? Isn't he the PAID GEOLOGIST (BWR EXPLORATION) who is doing the field work and responsible for providing technical/field information????? Hmmmmmmmmmmm, I am NOT suggesting that anything may be amiss BUT.... the FINAL DECISION may rest upon the recommendations of a consultant who sits among the Board of Directors. The same consultant who gets PAID to conduct the field studies of EACH PHASE?????? Perhaps (wink-wink) I should request a seat on the Board of Directors so I can provide an unbiased (cough-cough) opinion about how wonderful the PAST TWENTY PLUS YEARS of company progress and management have been! I am POSITIVE that IF I were paid by a company that my words could possibly reflect a bit of bias that would be favorable to that company. Fortunately, I am not a word whore and MY OPINIONS remain as they have been for many many years. Better to write about past and current documented events that are factual than to project an image of future fantasies. APRIL 30
