There have been trades of several thousand shares at .57, yet the "Level 2" continues to display an ask of a mere 1000 shares at that price.
If the "Level 2" were accurate, that .57 1000-share "ask" would have been filled, and the purported "ask" at .58 would now be in play.
But it isn't.

We also know that a number of bids are NOT being displayed. How do we know this? Because trusted people have told me they have bids in, at what amounts and what levels, and I have seen those bids briefly appear on one of the Level 2's, and then disappear -- though those bids have not been withdrawn. Or they don't appear at all, but I have confidence that these people are being truthful.
And I've often seen my own bids NOT appear, ever, on Level 2.
