I think if Leo knew it would be 112 days then he would know it wouldn't happen in March.
I think he framed his reply in a way to keep the manipulators at bay and force them to play with caution.
I think if he confirmed an early Q2 release,the manipulators would have a more solid time frame and they would be more aggressively attacking the SP.
