I think today's trading just confirms what I had posted earlier. There is definitely a party who is selling a lot of shares at 5 cents and I do believe it is Dominion. If they converted $975k at 5 cents a share, that's 19.5 million shares. At 400k shares a day, it would take 49 trading days to liquidate, or 10 weeks. Today it looks like they sold a good bit more than that. They probably started selling back in Dec after the pr came out. My theory, is once the stock started to drop, maybe due to shorting, they got nervous and started selling more to end up where we are now at 5 cents. Its also very possible they don't sell all of their shares, but only need to sell some for cash and keep some for an investment, but no way to know. I think its likely that a lot of the buyers are shorts covering their position, which is smart, because I don't see us going any lower.
In the last few weeks, the Company has raised $1.5 million, completed the tender exchange, moved the office to New York, hired a new CFO and hired a new IR firm. We are definitely moving in the right direction.
