Alan, to say that the Mako attack didn't work is just plain false. I am hopeful that Sullivan hunts these criminals down but I am not holding my breath. The judge threw out the bogus Rosen lawsuit but never unmasked Mako. In late July 15 the stock was in the low 3's and the criminals have successfully taken it down to 53 cents. I would say they were quite successful. One of Scotty's alias's Phissant taunted longs a month or 2 ago basically laying out how the shorts have positional holdings while they short the stock down and make money trading while simultaneously holding a position for insurance. I am glad that IPIX mgmt. didn't pay off the criminals but not only did the criminals make a boat load of money but they crippled IPIX by forcing them to slow down drug progression that hurt shareholders and patients that need these drugs, in some cases for survival. The smart shorts have already made their killing literally. The continued paid bashing and manipulating by the MM's is real and hopefully some of them will pay once a deal is announced.
