It seems pretty clear whoever is selling has a floor of 5 cents. My best guess, besides some shorting is the $975k note with Dominion. I doubt Chan would sell at these levels- he doesn't need the cash and he'll make a lot more if he waits.
We don't know what the note with Dominion converted at, but probably safe to say about 5 cents. That would be just under 20 million shares. They may just be wanting some cash now and hold the remaining shares until later. Who knows. Hopefully they stop selling soon. What is interesting is they are getting some pretty big orders filled so someone is buying all of these shares.
