What usually occurs Grasshopper is the company in litigation files a second lawsuit to hold up the sale pending resolution of the first lawsuit claiming that J&J are evil doers and that Lifescan's OneTouch Ultra product provides almost all of the value of the corporation, and the technology in that product is stolen. That will set the stage for a settlement on the six years of commerce enjoyed by J&J pre-2016 (when the suit was filed by DECN), and a royalty going forward which I would guess to be 2-4% of net sales. These suits are called Strike Suits, and DECN's suit would not be the only suit filed. J&J are MFs and attempt to screw everyone. There will be a lot of anger involved with this merger.
The anger in this merger will make the anger displayed by the penny traders and the stock flips on the DECN message boards look amateurish in comparison.
