Grasshopper , So how do you sell the Lifescan division when it’s currently in a lawsuit over patent issues with Decn , seems crazy to make a offer for a company when they might not own the patents. Sooooooo if I was KB I’d set a huge settlement price and hold up a 2 + billion dollar deal , time to f...... with them for awhile!
