That's right. Now with the tender exchange completed, the sp should move at least to the level of what the assets & IP is worth at a minimum and then factor in the potential. If the market cap is $3-4M now and say that number that each of us has to come up with themselves is say $100m, that's 25x.
Some may claim the value is $0 and other a $1B, but it doesn't matter what you and I value the company at. There are professionals in finance and biotech that know what companies are worth.
So what happens to the AMBS sp when the company says to investors you can get in on Elto or ESS for $#.## per share?
Equilibrium. Those same investors will buy into AMBS because it's undervalued.
Just my two cents also.
