besides company's founder .. i know of at least 10 individual investors who hold more than 1M PTOI *shares* respectively and countless others who hold *respectively* between 500k to 700k PTOI *shares* .. so as YTD *volume* decreased *significantly* .. actual holders of PTOI *shares* increased from 2014 to 2017 .. while relentless PPS compression was *orchestrated* by NR
resulting in record setting YOY decreased *volume*
when a stock is taken too low and those efforts don't succeed in actually parting *shares* out of actual shareholders .. the end result is NR being UPSIDE DOWN and .. little to no *volume* (as almost every daily tape of trades .. reveals)
