Quit the opposite. They have already sold the air share, Naked shorts. Those are shares that they borrowed, but didn't, and sold them, then manipulated the price down as we have seen.
Now they have a real problem in that they have to COVER that is they have to buy the shares back that they borrowed.
The problem is that no one wants to sell their shares so they are stuck big time.
We don't know how many Naked shares are out there but it appears it is Massive.
So as PTOI becomes profitable as we expect it to do, the price will go higher. The bad thing for the Naked shorts is there is no limit to how high the stock could go and when they have to cover they will have to pay whatever price it is.
As a long I know exactly how much I will lose if the company fails, that is what I paid for the share. Shortes have no limit how much they can lose.
I am not parting with my shares and I believe everyone here that owns shares is of the same opinion
