Obviously BP's want to pay as little as possible a

Both negotiating parties however know the real potential of the compounds and will ultimately settle on a realistic price.BP's need for replenishing their pipelines with "proven" drugs (as IPIX has shown to date) is what will drive them to negotiate in good faith.
No one is trying to sell a $5 widgit for $100 nor is anyone willing to pay that price. That said, however,is the need to carefully evaluate a price based on not just the known but also the potential unknown.
Each drug ,P,B,& K,are platforms in the making with potential applications far beyond what has been seen so far.So do you try to price that in?Or do you structure a deal that allows IPIX to own the rights to future applications as they are discovered?
Selling the "golden eggs" (per indication) would be easy but selling the "Goose that lays them" is another matter.
I think we would probably have had a deal by now if this were not the case.(Good problem to have though) That's why I think it would be best for a "Pfizer or Novartis" to buy IPIX with shareholders receiving stocks as well as cash to be able to continue sharing in the growth of these compounds in the future. That,I believe would be in the best interest of all shareholders based on what we are able to see from where we are sitting.
What does happen however, will be based on what Leo and Dr.B see from where they are sitting.
