JBZY - I posted this on the SPCL board here as it'

I believe it's $4 for Nasdaq for 30 consecutive days. While I realize even the idea of an RS is troublesome to many regarding maybe most securities (issues) on OTC, there are times when an RS is necessary and may ultimately be good/successful. And only when they're 1:100 or lower.
There are times you'll see all three together on the FINRA list (name/ticker change and RS) and there are times it's just the first two out of the three (name/ticker change) and sometimes an RS follows (the latter has been the case with JBZY) ...
DOLV changed to JBZY (name/ticker change took effect 10/25/17 after lengthy FINRA process) and now just last week it had a 1:100 RS effective Thursday 3/15... pps was at .0024 pre-RS (post RS=$2.40) saw a high of $3.90 and closed at $3.74. Friday closed at $2.97 with vol. of 37,862 ... will be interesting to see where it goes tomorrow and days/weeks ahead. It's believed to be focused toward being on Nasdaq. Financials which many expect to tell us more than they ever have (this company has only been public roughly one year through an RM and very tight with PRs) are expected end of March or latest mid-April.
There are numerous others that have undergone RSs of 1:100 relatively recently that have done fairly well since (following are two of them):
SGBY changed to EVIO on 9/6/17 closed at $1.11 and since traded as high as $2.70 on 1/24/18, low of .47 on 11/22/17 and is now at $1.26
BBRD changed to RFBC on 10/4/17 closed at .13 and since traded as high as .90 on 1/16/18, low of .04 10/31/17 and is now at .27
I do feel that neither an R/S or even an increase in the A/S is a bad thing if value is brought in to a company. I've been in a few that underwent an RS and have come out well. Most important is to have a real company with bottom line growth and astute, committed, business savvy and hopefully transparent management.
While we don't know 'management' here well enough since hasn't been interactive with shareholders per say... as long as the company is real and committed to growing the bottom line, JBZY should do well especially long term. I'd love to find that one-in-a-million to rise above and taking my chances that JBZY is the one!
