Pink sheet companies are on the pink sheets for several reasons...most importantly there is absolutely no accountability required....and that the SEC has absolutely nothing to do with any enforcement on this exchange..It is like the wild wild west...
I speak from first hand experience having been screwed out of thousands of dollars...with absolutely no recourse.
If you look up your hot stock on the otc website....you will notice one very important thing..namely, that all the information supplied is not audited nor is it presenedt in the form required by the SEC..because the SEC could care less...
And if you read the statement by the firm that prepared the information they disavow any responsibility for the truthfulness of the statements by the company or any facts they state.
Also most pinkies have bloated floats and this one is no different...they dilute to raise money because that is the only avenue open to them..
So excuse me for vehemently disagreeing with what you wrote...
yes there are thousands of opportunities to invest in..if you want to call pinkies an investment...but I prefer to mitigate risk as much as possible before putting my hard earned money down..and investing in pink sheet stocks is just pure stupidity..imo...
98 percent of these companies never make money for shareholders...and most of them are scams..and that's a fact...
