If you are 100 percent confident in it then it is a good investment. Right now with OWCP being way over sold. I am100 percent confident in it bouncing up even without any news. However since there is so much news on the schedule to happen. That's right it is all on the presentation, even if it has a few delays, it is still going to happen soon. Especially with the superior management team and with all the excellent connections they have this is a golden opportunity. How could anyone not be 100 percent confident in OWCP now. Since all the weak hands are gone there will be many green days ahead. 100 Percent Confident! Due all the due diligence.
