First off, I am not JP and will prove it if necessary...


Secondly,

None of us know what goes on behind the scenes. How can you say we had a partner when in fact it never was formed? It's like you calling a girl you've dated for awhile your wife! It's only a partner after the doc's are signed.

Another point ..who was this unnamed potential JV with, a real company or was it International Infusion/Vivactus, an inside friend of GC?

Bottom line, we never had a partner as it was never finalized nor terms agreed upon.

You are assuming it was the toxics that ruined the potential JV, but did you ever stop and think the toxics are the smart money calling foul with their investment or potential JV/Deal? I mean they did invest a ton of money with GC but yet they chose to not let it mature but to make their money by selling and shorting the very same company they own. Did they smell a rat before everybody else?

We have all witnessed GC using cunningly worded PR's, outrageous tweets and false statements as a means to buying time and extending deadlines almost to make it seem like he has outside interest in a product. Hence the most recent and curious tweet, "most important part sometimes is just staying on the field" .... It always ends with nothing but silence, missed dead lines, and grossly under estimated statements at the expense of shareholders. It's time for real results, real money and no more bullshit.
