Their were people posting on the other board for days that they had been contacted by he SEC by email and it involved Friedland. At first people didn't believe the SEC would operate this way, but gradually it became clear that it was real. I suspect that some believed it from the very beginning, and no telling how many people who don't post anywhere may have also been contacted. My point is, the seeds of doubt were planted days before the weakness. In addition, the acknowledgement that the safety trial was being delayed a quarter also put a negative spin on things, though Hirsch's presentation was quite positive and made it sound as though safety trial results will not be delayed that much.
I would hope that we've hit bottom and are back on the way up, but their are no guarantees. Of course if the company had some positive news that rightfully deserved an 8-K, this might all be forgotten. Lacking that, in roughly two weeks we should see the Annual Report, and hopefully that will help. Hirsch in his presentation indicated that their should be a lot of positive things happening in the next year, I believe him and if others do, be patient and wait. I don't know how high we'll be at the end of the year, but I believe the odds are still pretty good that their will be a decimal point in it.
