I disagree with you on one thing in your post..the JF incident has had a huge impact on the share price we currently sit at.I am speaking specifically of recent events not a year ago. Perceived negativity whether substantiated or not always has a short term impact on the price of a stock.
Mm's will always seize on the opportunity to move a stock for any reason and the fact in this case is that the stock started moving downward hard for the three days leading up to the release of the SEC complaint.
Someone knew what was coming....imo
Anyhow..this will all blow over soon enough.
