This is indeed different and amazing to me seeing a pps increase such as JBZY has today on the actual listing for RS taking effect tomorrow... been in a few RSs before, half of them successful in that the pps climbed after and I actually did well with them.
Can't say I've ever been 'excited' about an RS but I am about this one because I believe JBZY is and will be different... maybe just my hope but I'm willing to leave my money where my mouth is today.
Think if all holds true about what's been discovered 'businesswise' for JBZY, this will be the best RS I've ever been in.... of course yet to see with a 50/50 'gamble' still but hopefully more informed/educated gamble if there is such a thing, lol
And btw, they do need a certain amount of shareholders to go to a higher exchange... last on their filing were 4000 which makes me wonder how many there are now...
Speaking of filing, we should see the upcoming 'annual' (covering three months to end of December 2017) March 15th (tomorrow) but they have a 15-day allowed lateness so maybe end of March? Then of course end of March will be end of new year's first quarter which would be due mid-May so there is lots ahead to look forward to getting...
The last 'annual' for 2016 didn't show up till 4/7/17 and we saw a stop sign before it showed up as the annual was quite late but that was the first annual reporting for JB...
