So SFOR's appeal on the SA ruling is due March 26t

So SFOR's appeal on the SA ruling is due March 26th. Does someone with more experience that I on the matter know if we should be expecting to READ the appeal on the 26th. I know that date is quickly approaching and I didn't know what we should be expecting.
