when folks PM me and ask me why i am so convinced that NR is UPSIDE DOWN on IPIX .. i can point out some basics .. that i watch for .. including what the MMs' *report* to Finra each month re: MM Monthly Volume
if one goes back to the hey days of *volume* and MMs' reporting (2013 - 2015)
IPIX had on avg 20 to 26 MMs' working and *volume* that had the ability to be maintained rather successfully
today you see stuff like this .. (Feb 2018) data .. 10 MMs' *reporting* of which *imo* 7 to 10 are *fluff*
.. i see ETRF washing part of approx 24M with 2 other MMs .. (the dynamic duo of NITE/CDEL)
and their 10M balance (part of) washed with ARCA/CSTI
when a stock totally loses its liquidity (this is when *volume* avgs continue to decline month in and month out while mgmt continues to execute) .. you also see less and less NR decoys' needed .. or those not willing to play this well established game
