Now, here are two important items that needed to be addressed:

From that you can tell 2 things, 1, JB Stands for Jinbo Investment Holding Group, 2) For the idiot that said the train was some company doing a 2 day paid event... no. That's Jinbo & ZJMY's regular shit.
Here's something else important to note about the zjmyqc site... It was created THE SAME DAY that the Nov 3 merger with JB & ZJMY took place on WYSOS. It is 100% legitimate.

Now, with respect to upcoming fins, there has been a TON of speculation about what those financials would include... So the question naturally was nagging at me... Well, how do we know what we ACTUALLY get in the Jinbo Umbrella?
Well, I can tell you right now... Expect to see 4 additional companies not named Shenzen Jinbo Investment Holding Group or Zhongi Ming Yang New Energy included. I theorized that we may possibly get all of Jinbo at first.. but I wanted to find out for sure... so I looked for equity transfers and the like for awhile... Nothing concrete... Until this:

That link EXPLICITLY states that Shenzen Jinbo Investment Holding Group is the parent company, and there are (at the time of this post) 4 subsidiaries (3 of which are shown, the other one is another financial company you have to scroll down to see). This is the first ACTUAL parent-child listing I have seen for the company.
So what does that mean?
For ZJMY, we have 37.7% of Guangxi Long Star assets and revs
We have 70% of Wuhu China Leopard assets and revs
For Shenzen Jinbo Investment Holding Group, we have SJIHG itself, plus 4 other companies (and Huuan Payment is huge, and related to Amoy Mall)
We also have a percentage of revs from 17 other companies.
Also worth noting, a few of them were only formed AFTER the Nov 3 merger, which may eventually find their way into SJIHG as subsidiaries as well... There were a couple other noteworthy additions to the foreign investment portfolio as well that happened right around the time of the merger, like Jinbo Satellite, for instance (which recently merged with a Bio Tech company for the Telemed & Health Plate)
