I just received a call back from a message I had left last Friday for Michael Grimes, one of the lawyers behind the complaint against JF.
Michael and I have spoken previously leading up to the complaint being filed against JF.
I asked Michael if this investigation could expand and all he said was that he couldn't comment and that it was ongoing..exactly what was at the end of the complaint.
I did make him aware of some irregular trading in OW's stock three days prior to the release of the complaint in which the stock retreated by more than 50% on heavy volume.
I also made him aware of the concerted effort on behalf of some members there to continually post lies, half truths, deceptive posts and such while other members who post facts straight out of the SEC document have their posts removed...
Michael was very friendly to me and really didn't offer up too much but he listened to everything I had to say and I gave him specific names of members off of Ihub that are bashing owcp with lies constantly.
He has encouraged me to keep in touch and thanked me for letting him know what is going on here since the complaint was filed.
Incidentally, I told him about my lifetime ban on ihub and how I was muzzled because I always defended the company in my posts and I pushed back against their one sided administration of how the board is run.
He seemed interested in my take that IHUB is not interested in allowing for the presentation of both sides of the coin but that it seems set up to allow negativity and dishonesty to reign supreme.
I told him it would be really revealing to understand who the beneficiaries are of this board and their negativity..to what end...because there can be no doubt IHUB has an agenda.
So who knows if they will watch and observe.
I know one of the original founders of IHUB has already been prosecuted in the past
